Privacy Policy

Makeup Related T & C at MSG:

1. Book your appointment in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
2.  Every Client is most welcome for pre-consultation at our Studio or on phone relating to their Makeup related doubts or concerns.
3. We take 50% advance to book a makeup. Full payment is to be made before the start of makeup. Prices shown on website are Makeup Charges at Studio only. Venue Charges will be different which depend on the location/distance of the Venue from the Studio.
4. MSG assures that only original and quality products are used in our studio which are purchased from authorized distributors only. We are committed to provide the best services to our clients in terms of products, services and hygiene. MSG is not responsible for any skin related or other issues which may appear during or after the makeup.
5. Clients are advised to reach the Studio 15 minutes before the appointed time. MSG will not be responsible for any delay in completion of Makeup as it is a creative work and may sometimes take more time than expected.
6. Advance given to book a makeup is not refundable nor it can be adjusted with any other services.
7. Any rescheduling of date may be done once through a prior intimation of at least 15 days before the Makeup. Rescheduling Charges will be Rs. 2,500/- in case of Bridal and Occasion Makeup and Rs. 1,000 in case of Party Makeup.
8. Client will be responsible to take care of any of her belongings and MSG will not be responsible for that.

Pre-Bridal Services Related T & C at MSG:

1. Pre-Bridal Services are provided by Trained Beauticians at Client place only.
2. We take 50% advance to book an appointment. Full payment is to be made before the start of services.
3. Advance given is not refundable nor it can be adjusted with any other services.
4. MSG assures that only original and quality products are used which are purchased from authorized distributors only. We are committed to provide the best services to our clients in terms of products, services and hygiene. MSG is not responsible for any skin related or other issues which may appear during or after the pre-bridal services.
5.  Clients are advised to be ready on or before the appointed time. MSG will not be responsible for any delay in completion of services as it may sometimes take more time than expected.
6. Any rescheduling of date may be done once through a prior intimation of at least 5 days before the appointed date. Rescheduling Charges will be Rs. 1,000.
7. Client will be responsible to take care of any of her belongings and MSG will not be responsible for that.

Makeup Course Related T & C at MSG:

1. All the Makeup Classes will be held at Studio at IP Extension and will be personally taken by Shivani Garg.
2. Wherever applicable, Certificate will be granted to the students after completion of their course and passing the Bridal/Engagement Test.
3. We take 50% advance to enroll in a course. Full payment is to be made before the start of 1st class.
4. Advance given is not refundable nor it can be adjusted with any other services.
5. All practice materials will be provided by MSG only during the course. Students will be required to get their own brush set, beauty blender & other items like face wipes, face wash, face towel, ear buds etc.
