General Conditions:
- MSG wherever mentioned in this website refers to ‘Makeover by Shivani Garg’ – Makeup Studio & Academy.
- The terms and conditions as mentioned on the website are applicable to all the browsers, vendors, clients/customers.
- MSG has got complete ownership and rights on the entire content including the photographs and videos on the website. Nobody is allowed to use the content for whatsoever purpose without the prior permission of MSG.
- Any prospective or present client, by filling the Enquiry form and providing the contact detail, authorizes MSG to use the said contact details to call the visitor to understand their requirement and to send the promotional messages in future.
- MSG reserves the right to deny or refuse to provide its services to anyone, at any time and for any reason. The prices mentioned on the website are indicative in nature and MSG reserves the right to quote the fee according to the nature and place of work. The prices mentioned on the website are the makeup charges at Studio only. Venue Charges (which depend on the Venue) are higher than the Studio Charges as the Makeup at Venue costs more in terms of Conveyance Charges, travelling time and the extra efforts which need to be put into at the Venue.
- Any promotional offers run by MSG on the Website and other social media platforms are not binding on MSG. Prices once fixed and decided after paying the booking amount by the client will be final and cannot be merged with any offer whatsoever.
- The client/customers/browsers/vendors assume all the responsibilities and risks associated in any manner relating to the use of our website and services. The services by MSG are provided without any conditions or warranties or promises of any sort, expressed or implied. The client is solely responsible for any risk or cost associated with the provision of services. MSG or its affiliates or employees will not be responsible for any damages or compensation whatsoever relating to the use of products or provisions of services in any manner.
Makeup Related T & C at MSG:
- Book your appointment in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
- Every Client is most welcome for pre-consultation at our Studio or on phone relating to their Makeup related doubts or concerns.
- We take 50% advance to book a makeup. Full payment is to be made before the start of makeup. 100% booking advance is to be paid for Venue Makeup.
- MSG assures that only original and quality products are used in our studio which is purchased from authorized distributors only. We are committed to providing the best services to our clients in terms of products, services, and hygiene. MSG is not responsible for any skin-related or other issues which may appear during or after the makeup.
- Clients are advised to reach the Studio 15 minutes before the appointed time. MSG will not be responsible for any delay in completion of Makeup as it is a creative work and may sometimes take more time than expected.
- Advance given to book a makeup is not refundable nor it can be adjusted with any other services.
- Any rescheduling of the date may be done ONCE through a prior intimation of at least 15 DAYS before the Makeup. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of dates with MSG. Rescheduling Charges will be 30% of total Makeup Charges. There will be additional Morning Charge in case Makeup is to be started before 10.00 AM.
- Client will be required to reach th e Studio at the time mentioned on the Receipt. Any delay on part of the client may affect the quality of work and will also disturb the next assignment. Maximum 30 minutes delay is acceptable. If the client gets delayed by more than 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time, Rs. 1,000 will be charged as Late Fee and Makeup will be done after attending the other clients whose slot is already booked.
- The client will be responsible to take care of any of her belongings and MSG will not be responsible for that.
- Pictures and videos may be taken and posted on the social media platforms and website of MSG with prior approval of the client. MSG reserves the right to the pictures and videos taken during or after the makeup and the same will not be shared with anyone.
- Cameramen or Gents are not allowed inside the Studio. Only one girl can come with bride, if necessary. No friend or relative is allowed with Party Makeup client.
Pre-Bridal Services Related T & C at MSG:
- Pre-Bridal Services are provided by Trained Beauticians at our Studio only.
- We take 50% advance to book an appointment. Full payment is to be made before the start of services.
- Advance given is not refundable nor it can be adjusted with any other services.
- MSG assures that only original and quality products are used which are purchased from authorized distributors only. We are committed to providing the best services to our clients in terms of products, services and hygiene. MSG is not responsible for any skin-related or other issues that may appear during or after the pre-bridal services.
- Clients are advised to reach at Studio on the appointed time. MSG will not be responsible for any delay in the completion of services as it may sometimes take more time than expected.
- Any rescheduling of date may be done ONCE through a prior intimation of at least 5 DAYS before the appointed date. Rescheduling Charges will be Rs. 1,000/-
- The client will be responsible to take care of any of her belongings and MSG will not be responsible for that.
Best Makeup artist course in east Delhi Related T & C at MSG:
- All the Makeup Classes will be held at Studio at Preet Vihar, East Delhi and will be personally taken by Ms Shivani Garg.
- Wherever applicable, a Certificate will be granted to the students after completion of their course and passing the Bridal/Engagement Test.
- Students need to enroll first for the new Batch. Balance payment is to be made in 1st class and in next 10 days as per the payment schedule.
- Enrolement Fee given is not refundable nor it can be adjusted with any other services.
- All practice materials will be provided by MSG only during the course. Students will be required to get their own brush set, beauty blender & other items like face wipes, face wash, face towel, earbuds etc.
Jewellery on Rent Related T & C at MSG:
- Jewellery can be booked by giving 50% advance of the total rent for the jewellery.
- A balance 50% payment is to be made before picking up the jewellery from the Studio.
- Security amount is to be deposited which will be returned on getting the jewellery back in the good condition.
- Advance given to book the jewellery is not refundable nor it can be adjusted with any other services.
- The client will be solely responsible for any damage to the jewellery.
